How to fix a color:
Insert batteries correctly, then press the on/off button, and it will work.
Long press the button until it blinks BLUE color(Selecting Mode) when the light is on, then each press and release will change a color.
If no further press within 5 seconds, it will fix that color after a blink.
After that, you can adjust the brightness via short press and release. There are 5 levels of brightness.

How to cancel fixed color mode:
Long press the button again until it blinks GREEN color(Carousel Mode) when the light is on.
It will rotate among 16 colors in 65 seconds after the green blinks.
You can also adjust the brightness via short press and release at this momment.
